The Spring 2014 Alabama Goods Sams Samboree

Raffles
On 7 February 2013, Alabama Good Sams presented Denise Patterson, Lori Lowery and Lisa Edwards, of Pediatrics ICU, Huntsville Hospital for Women and Children 77 knitted, crocheted, and fleece, baby blankets and quilts, 16 baby caps, and 9 hand made pillows to be used as needed within the PICU. Those present were Faye and Pete Parker, Alabama State Treasurer . Members present from Cotton Patch Sams were Robbie Norman, Barbara Cowgill, Linda Baucum, Ted and Janet Ellett. Several of those present attended a tour of the PICU.
This is a continuing project, so anyone interested please contact Faye Parker 256-505-8332 or e-mail fayeandpete@charter.net. We try to collect and deliver 60-75 blankets.
